NOI's COVID-19 Return To Work Response

As a part of the Nashville business community, we are excited about being able to serve our customers! We are also committed to the health and safety of all our neighbors, clients, and team members, so we will, of course, be following all of the Nashville Opening Guidelines, Phase 1-4, and will be implementing our own, as well. 

Here are some of the things you can expect to see at our location and showroom going forward:

For our team members:

  • Coming back to the office will be voluntary for our workforce

  • Our showroom will be open by appointment only and closed to the general public

  • Only 10 people will be admitted into our showroom at one time

  • Our team members will be asked to stay at home if they are symptomatic

  • We will be asking all our employees and staff to please follow social distancing guidelines by staying 6’ apart throughout the workday

  • Using a mask will be optional for our staff

  • We will be following a DIY cleaning regimen and will be asking our team to clean everything they touch

  • Virtual meetings will be encouraged wherever possible

For Our Showroom:

  • We will be using our Virtual Reality tools for showroom tours and our Bluescape technology to share information with you, our customers

  • We will be limiting the number of people in our NOI Showroom

  • We will be sure to notify our guests of our showroom protocols and hygiene guidelines so you are aware of the safety and health precautions we are taking

  • We will be encouraging visitors to use the stairs both when entering and leaving our showroom to minimize the use of elevators

  • There will be designated intentional traffic patterns and doors that are for in/out only

  • We will provide sanitation wipes and hand sanitizers in all our conference rooms and common areas
