Our Leadership

Ruth serves as Design Director, bringing over 28 years of experience in interior design and a proven track record of leadership and client success. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from O’More College of Design in 1998 and has advanced from intern to a key leadership role, contributing to nearly every major NOI account.

Known for her strengths in achievement, discipline, development, and relationship-building, Ruth excels at driving project momentum, mentoring emerging designers, and cultivating strong client partnerships. She is especially passionate about guiding young professionals, taking pride in supporting their growth and watching their careers develop. Ruth fosters an inclusive and collaborative environment where diverse perspectives are valued and innovative design solutions thrive.

Passionate about both design excellence and people development, Ruth is dedicated to helping clients bring their visions to life while guiding her team toward continued growth and success. She also brings a strong sense of family into both her personal and professional life, valuing connection, support, and time spent with loved ones.

Outside of work, she enjoys community outreach with Second Harvest, traveling and exploring new cultures and cuisines, spending time with her dogs, and tending to her garden. Her favorite and most rewarding role is being a mom—not only to her own child, but also as a welcoming presence to many of his friends.
