Rick Peppers has been part of Nashville Office Interiors since 1973, when he joined the company straight out of high school in its office supply division. At the time, his father was a partner in the business and went on to acquire full ownership in the 1980s.
After gaining outside industry experience with an office supply wholesaler from 1981 to 1987, Rick returned to Nashville Office Interiors as Vice President. His leadership helped guide the company through a major strategic shift in 2009, when it exited the office supply business to focus exclusively on contract office furniture.
Rick became President in 2012 following his father’s passing and led the company through continued growth and transformation. Today, he serves as Chairman, supporting the next generation of leadership—his son Derick, who serves as President, and his daughter Alison, who is also actively involved in the business.
With more than 50 years of industry experience, Rick remains focused on long-term relationships, strong partnerships, and the continued success of this family-owned business.
