Gary Hegeman
Chief Financial Officer / Chief Operating Officer
Gary is a results-driven CFO and COO with a CPA and MBA from Indiana University. Since 2014, he has held senior leadership roles in the office furniture industry, including with Herman Miller and Steelcase dealers, and has been with NOI since 2019. A former U.S. Army Captain stationed in Germany, Gary brings a strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and purpose to his leadership. His strengths include Achiever, Self-Assurance, Learner, Responsibility, and Significance, which are reflected in his strategic mindset, operational excellence, and commitment to meaningful impact. He has led company volunteer activities and fundraising for 2nd Harvest Foodbank and the Project 117 House. Outside of work, Gary enjoys time with his grandchildren and is passionate about fitness. He trains regularly with Orange Theory and has completed the Florida Ironman Triathlon.
