Erin Stevens

Branch Manager, Chattanooga

Erin Stevens is the Market Director for NOI Chattanooga, bringing more than 19 years of experience in the commercial furniture industry and 8 years of dedicated service with NOI. Originally from the small town of Sale Creek just outside of Chattanooga, Erin is a proud graduate of Soddy Daisy High School. While working through college Erin began her college experience at Chattanooga State Community College for 1 year before transferring to MTSU. She holds a degree in Interior Architecture from the College of Behavioral and Health Sciences at Middle Tennessee State University. During her time at MTSU she developed a strong foundation in space planning, aesthetics, and client-centered design—skills that continue to shape her leadership and strategic approach today.

Over the course of her career, Erin has held roles ranging from Project Designer and Project Manager to Senior Account Manager before stepping into her current role as Market Director for the Chattanooga location. This well-rounded experience allows her to guide projects from early concept through completion with clarity, foresight, and accountability. As Market Director, she oversees operations, business development, and team leadership while maintaining a hands-on focus on client relationships and long-term growth. Known for her strengths in Responsibility, Futuristic thinking, Relator, Discipline, and Belief, Erin brings a thoughtful, forwardlooking vision balanced by strong execution and an unwavering commitment to doing what’s right for both clients and team members.

Erin’s accomplishments extend beyond business results to the culture she helps cultivate. She is deeply invested in mentoring her team, building lasting partnerships with architects, designers, and clients, and supporting projects that positively impact workplaces throughout the Chattanooga region. Many of her professional relationships have grown into lifelong friendships—an outcome she sees as both a personal and professional success.

Equally important to Erin is giving back to the community she calls home. She is involved in local initiatives and charitable organizations like The Chattanooga Food Bank and the Ronald McDonald House. She believes strongly in supporting education, specifically the investments in the Future Ready programs across Hamilton County, service-focused nonprofits, and opportunities that strengthen the Chattanooga community. Erin lives in the Soddy Daisy/Hixson area with her husband Nick, their two children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time on the farm, cheering on her kids during baseball games, cheer competitions, and golf matches. She is a proud supporter of Boyd Buchanan Buccaneers, UT Vols and UTC Mocs, Atlanta Braves, and the local hometown boys of the Chattanooga Lookouts.
