Derick Peppers
President
Derick, a third-generation family member of NOI, has witnessed the exponential growth of the company and the evolving office furniture industry throughout his life. With 20 years of experience, Derick started working summers in the NOI warehouse as an installer, where he learned about building products and the operational processes of his family’s enterprise. After attending East Tennessee State University and returning to Nashville, he developed skills in project coordination, sales support, purchasing, sales, and serving on supplier councils. His diverse experience prepared him to join the executive team, where he now serves as President, continuing to lead with a servant-leader approach for both clients and team members. Beyond the office, Derick enjoys life in College Grove, Tennessee, with his wife and two children.
