As Market President of NOI Knoxville, Amy brings over 30 years of industry expertise and a proven entrepreneurial spirit to the team. Her journey with NOI began in 2007 when she launched the Knoxville location as its sole employee. Through years of dedication and strategic vision, she has grown the branch into a thriving and respected dealership of 15+ professionals, supporting clients from initial design through final installation.
The Entrepreneurial Edge
Before joining NOI, Amy successfully owned and operated her own business, an experience that sharpened her leadership skills and deep understanding of the design industry. During this time, she focused on cultivating a business model centered on building deep, lasting relationships with the Architecture and Design (A&D) community. This foundational background allowed her to hit the ground running at NOI, initially supporting the State of Tennessee Contract business by collaborating closely with specifiers, designers, and end users.
