Modera Encore is a luxury multifamily community located in the heart of downtown Tampa, offering elevated amenities and modern living spaces designed for today’s urban resident. NOI was proud to partner with Nashville-based interior designer to furnish and style the community’s amenity spaces and model residences. Our scope included furniture, rugs, artwork, accessories, outdoor furnishings, and custom drapery and shades throughout the leasing office, podcast studio, coworking spaces, pool deck, and one- and two-bedroom model units. The result is a thoughtfully curated environment that balances hospitality-inspired design with functional, resident-focused spaces.
