NOI collaborated with Anna Lee Peltz Design to create a bright, fun, and highly functional environment at Overlook at Beaumont, designed to support high-traffic areas where residents can socialize, work, and play. NOI completed both Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the project, blending durable furnishings with an energetic, welcoming aesthetic. In partnership with Knoxville’s Community Development Corporation, NOI is proud to support projects that enhance living spaces, outdoor areas, and shared environments across Knoxville.
