NOI collaborated with Anna Lee Peltz Design to create a bright, fun, and highly functional environment designed for high traffic areas at Overlook at Beaumont. The space was thoughtfully designed as a place where residents can socialize, work, and play, blending durability with an energetic, welcoming aesthetic. In partnership with Knoxville’s Community Development Corporation, NOI is proud to support multiple ongoing projects that furnish living spaces, outdoor areas, and shared environments, helping strengthen communities across Knoxville.
