First Creek at Austin is a vibrant, income-based community offering modern, affordable living just steps from Knoxville’s Old City and downtown. NOI was proud to furnish the interior meeting spaces and private offices, completing both Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the project. Phase 1 was recognized as the ULI Nashville Excellence in Development Award Winner, and the community is also the 2025 Rose Faeges-Easton Community Impact Award Winner — a testament to its lasting impact on Knoxville’s urban landscape.
