NOI partnered with South College and their interior designer to bring a new campus vision to life. The goal was to create a space that students could enjoy while also delivering a polished, high end office environment suited for executives. Spanning the first three floors of a renovated building, the design balances modern aesthetics with functionality, supporting both learning and professional use. NOI played a key role by developing furniture layouts, selecting finishes, producing 3D color renderings, and coordinating electrical planning alongside the general contractor to ensure a seamless, elevated result.
