NOI collaborated closely with Designers at BarberMcMurray Architecture and the Knoxville Public Building Authority, adhering to the guidelines and standards set by the building owner, Tennessee Valley Authority. This project encompassed 12 floors and roughly 250,000 square feet.
The duration of this undertaking was about two years. Given the intricate layers of authority and reporting, effective coordination and communication were essential throughout every phase to ensure the success of the project.
