NOI partnered with Gresham Smith to furnish GEODIS’ new 28,000-square-foot, three-story corporate office, creating a workplace centered on collaboration, flexibility, and sustainability. Our scope included private offices, workstations, task and lounge seating, private meeting rooms, conference rooms, architectural walls, and custom indoor pergolas.
Designed to support a variety of work styles, the space features collaborative gathering areas, focus rooms, welcoming break spaces, and a striking lobby highlighted by a living green wall and cabana-inspired seating. Together with Gresham Smith, NOI helped create a modern, people-focused environment that encourages connection, enhances employee well-being, and reflects GEODIS’ commitment to a sustainable workplace.
